Alana Roecker Katt is a costume designer and artist whose work spans opera, theatre, film, and television. Her recent opera designs include Idomeneo for Bronx Opera, as well as Hansel and Gretel, and The Brementown Musicians, both operas for young audiences with Prelude Opera in New York City.

As an assistant costume designer, Alana’s credits include Boop! The Musical (Broadway, Broadhurst Theatre), New York, New York (Broadway, St. James Theatre), Hamilton (national tours), Maestro (Netflix), and City on a Hill (Showtime). Her additional assistant costume design credits include 99ers (Netflix), American Classic (MGM), Sirens (Netflix), and Étoile (Amazon).

When she’s not in the studio, you can find Alana reading, gardening, or visiting a museum.
